Information collected
- The email address and Telegram username you provide when entering.
- A protected one-way hash of your four-digit PIN; the PIN itself cannot be viewed by administrators.
- Your Telegram username is shown publicly on the weekly leaderboard.
- Demo balance, spins, bets, payouts, feature progress, leaderboard score and timestamps.
- Security, rate-limit and administrator activity records used to protect the promotion.
Why it is used
- To create and operate your player account, calculate results and maintain the weekly leaderboard.
- To contact and verify a provisional winner and deliver a prize.
- To prevent duplicate accounts, automation, abuse and security incidents.
- To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
Lawful basis
Account and promotion data is processed to administer the rules you accept when entering. Security and anti-abuse records are processed for the legitimate interest of operating a fair and secure promotion. Information required by law may be retained to meet legal obligations. Your contact details are not used for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Who receives it
Information is available only to authorised promotion administrators and service providers needed for authentication, hosting, database operation and security. Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed where legally required or needed to investigate fraud or protect legal rights.
Retention
Account and competition records are kept while needed to operate the promotion, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Inactive records are reviewed for deletion after 12 months unless a longer period is legally required. Rate-limit records are short-lived operational data. Administrators can delete an account and its linked spin history.
Your choices and rights
- You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information.
- You may ask for processing to be restricted or object where the lawful basis allows.
- You may request a portable copy of information you supplied where applicable.
- You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Cookies and player sessions
The game uses a necessary security cookie to keep your player session active on the device. It does not add advertising cookies. If S4R Fortune King is embedded on another website, that website’s separate cookie and privacy notices also apply.
International processing and changes
Service providers may process data in other countries using appropriate safeguards. Material changes to this notice will be dated and published here. If a change materially affects entry, players may be asked to accept updated rules.
